Johns Creek is located north of Atlanta and is already no stranger to accolades. It is often already ranked one of the best communities in the area according to Forbes. But it’s not the wealthy aspect of it alone that draws this positive attention. It is the great schools, low crime rates, and access to some of the most lovely outdoor activities nearby such as the Chattahoochee River. According to Jessica Watson, senior vice president at Harry Normal Realtors, speaking to Travel + Leisure, says it anticipates expanding the area by developing Town Center — a massive 192 acres of residential and businesses which will further improve lifestyle offerings at Johns Creek.
The median household income in this neighborhood is $130,000, and the median home value is just above $700,000.
